• The American Airlines Shift: As of February 2024, American Airlines launched nonstop service from Miami to South Bimini (BIM). This has turned Bimini from a “cruise-only” stop into a premium weekend destination.
• Airport Upgrades: The South Bimini Airport just opened its modernized terminal. If you are staying at Resorts World Bimini, check the new flight schedules—it’s a 30-minute hop from Miami.
